Refund Policy

Echo Points Refund Policy

Effective date: September 4, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to Businesses subscribed to paid Echo Points plans. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service (echo-points.com/terms-of-service). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Subscription fees are non-refundable

Paid plans are billed in advance. Except as expressly stated in this policy or required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable once charged, and we do not prorate or refund unused time when you cancel or downgrade.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@echo-points.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your plan’s features until that date, after which your account will move to the free plan. Your data is not deleted when you cancel; the limits of the free plan will apply to it going forward.

3. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. By maintaining a payment method on file and not cancelling before the renewal date, you authorize us to charge the renewal fee to that payment method. You can view your renewal date and manage your subscription at any time from your account settings.

4. Price changes

We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase by email or through the application. The new price applies beginning with your next renewal after the notice period ends. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before that renewal.

5. Failed payments

If a charge fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you by email. If we are unable to collect payment within 14 days of the original due date, we may move your account to the free plan. We do not delete data because of a failed payment. You may restore your paid plan at any time by updating your payment method.

6. When we will issue a refund

  • Service outage. If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a problem on our side, contact us within 30 days of the outage and we will issue a prorated credit or refund for the period of downtime. Outages caused by third-party services, your own systems, scheduled maintenance announced in advance, or events beyond our reasonable control are not eligible.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges. If you are charged twice for the same period or charged in error, we will refund the incorrect charge.
  • Discretionary refunds. Other requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Email support@echo-points.com from your account email address with the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approval of any discretionary refund is at our sole discretion and does not obligate us to approve similar requests in the future.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take several business days to appear.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer rather than contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is open, and we may decline to reinstate accounts with unresolved or upheld chargebacks. We would much rather resolve the problem directly, so please contact us at support@echo-points.com before initiating a dispute.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will take effect no sooner than 14 days after we notify you by email or through the application. Non-material changes may take effect upon posting. The current version is always available at echo-points.com/refund-policy.
